Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they have been sold and delivered.

Exchanges

We only offer exchange in case of a valid reason, such as:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Size or specification issue (if applicable and approved)

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must request the exchange within [X days] of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) is required

  • Clear images/videos of the issue must be provided for verification

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

  • Requests made after the allowed time period

Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Only exchange is applicable if approved.
