We do not accept returns on any products once they have been sold and delivered.
We only offer exchange in case of a valid reason, such as:
Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
Size or specification issue (if applicable and approved)
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must request the exchange within [X days] of delivery
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) is required
Clear images/videos of the issue must be provided for verification
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
Requests made after the allowed time period
